From the A591 Windermere to Ambleside Road, follow the brown road sign and turn right at the mini-roundabaout on to the A592, signposted to Ullswater via the Kirkstone Pass.  Holehird Gardens are 1 mile along this road, just past Windermere School.

From the A591 turn onto the A5074 to Windermere, follow the one way system through Windermere and onto New Road, then Lake Road towards Bowness.  The Ladyholme Centre is approximately half a mile from Windermere on the left hand side of the road adjacent to a zebra crossing.
